- There is NO HAIR ON HAND. Once your order is placed, it will take up to 5-7 business days before you can pick up.

- Due to delays in shipping from the COVID-19 pandemic, we will not be shipping as of yet, items will only be available for "pick up". Meaning when you select the pick up option at check out you will be notified when your order has arrived to us and will be able to pick it up from the location we provide to you. (see more information in the pick up section). 

- Our company has a very strict NO REFUND POLICY. We are 100% sure that you will love your hair/ wigs and confident that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you have any issues with your order we will try our best to accommodate you.
