shipping policy
Good news! We are now offering shipping within the U.S!
- Standard shipping is $10 and express is $17.
- Please keep in mind that we are still in a pandemic, meaning that packages may be slightly delayed. If you choose the shipping option we HIGHLY recommend ordering your hair at least two weeks before you plan on installing it.
- It is imperative to make sure your address is correct (including apartment number) K.Lavish will not be responsible for lost packages or late delivery due to wrong or incomplete address.
- This option takes slightly longer than the pick up option so please plan accordingly. Standard delivery time is 7-9 business days and express is 5-6 business days.
pick up policy
- Please keep in mind that pick up is only available once you have placed your order through our website. We do not have hair on hand !
- Once you check out you will receive an email confirmation for your order and within 5-7 business days you will receive another message from us via email or text on a day to pick up. Please make sure you will be available within the week of placing your order being that you will only have three days to retrieve your hair. WE DO NOT HOLD HAIR PASS 3 DAYS.
- Pick up times will be between 10am- 4pm. If for any reason you are only able to pick up your hair after the time that is listed please specify that and we will try our best to accommodate you.
- Please keep in mind you will not receive a tracking number. We will have the tracking information and will contact you to arrange a pickup date based on the date your hair arrives to us.
- Under no circumstances can another person come to pick up your hair. For security purposes we request to see a confirmation number or form of I.D before handing the items over to assure that it matches the name on the order.
- It is IMPERATIVE to leave the correct phone number and email at check out if you want the latest updates on your order ! If we cannot reach you, it will be hard to setup a pick up date for you in a timely manner.
