What if I'm not able to make it on my given pick up date ?
Once we receive your hair we will contact you with pick up date options. If for any reason you absolutely cant pick up the dates that are provided please specify that but once you agree to a date you must pick up on that date. If you fail to pick up on the date you agreed to and fail to contact us we will not hold onto you hair after 3 days.
Can i pay cash if I select the pick up option ?
Our company does not accept cash payments. In order for your order to be confirmed, you must pay in full through our website first. This option is a curtousy for customers to be able to receive their hair slightly quicker but you still must go through the checkout process the same exact way.
Can a friend or family memeber pick up my hair for me ?
Under no circumstances can you send someone else to pick up your hair. For security purposes, we ask for I.D before handing the order over so if the I.D does not match the name on your order we will not give the hair to you. That's why it is impperative to make sure you are able available to pick up you order yourself during the times that are listed and the dates that are provided to you.
